Hi, I’m Marie

I’m a mom to three loving kids and wife to an amazing husband. My weight loss journey began in 2014, of which I lost over 60lbs. Unfortunately, I gained it back due to having the wrong mindset – I only focused on the physical aspect, and neglected the areas behind my unhealthy eating habits, lack of self-love, and emotional eating.

After a much needed reinvention of myself, I have learned how to stop yo-yo dieting and start losing weight for the right reasons, in a heathy and comfortable way. I now teach other women to do the same.
