Weight loss isn’t just about calories in, calories out.

As a matter of fact, let’s throw the whole word (weight loss) away!

A healthy lifestyle should always be the goal!

(Because, who doesn’t desire to be fit, healthy, and strong all the days of their life?)

Attaining good health or losing weight doesn’t have to be boring, inconsistent, or hard.

Here’s the K E Y you’ve been missing:

In order to flourish in your journey, the environment of which it takes place must be favorable!

This means:

  • you no longer allow the scale, a number, or dress size rule you, your life, or your emotions
  • you enjoy what you eat
  • you no longer look at exercise as punishment or as a way to only reach a physical goal
  • you dig deeper into the mental, emotional, and spiritual areas that cause weight gain, emotional eating, self-hatred, and more

The things you surround yourself with and the habits you create matter, and will either make you or cause you to never be successful on your journey.

Escape the diet mentality and adopt healthy mindset shifts that will lead to long-term, successful weight loss.

Hi, I’m Marie

I’m a mom to three loving kids and wife to an amazing husband. My weight loss journey began in 2014, of which I lost over 60lbs. Unfortunately, I gained it back due to having the wrong mindset – I only focused on the physical aspect, and neglected the areas behind my unhealthy eating habits, lack of self-love, and emotional eating.

After a much needed reinvention of myself, I have learned how to stop yo-yo dieting and start losing weight for the right reasons, in a heathy and comfortable way. I now teach other women to do the same.
